We have done what we can now but unfortunately, my partner is on another mortgage and we were advised in July it was in the final stages, unfortunately, his ex couldn't get a Buy-To-Let mortgage and therefore needs to get rid of the current tenant. He has been served a notice and we are trying to get him out sooner as if he doesn't, we will lose our houseWe are using Help to Buy and have until 31st March to get it sorted. Also, builders want it sorted asap!
