Accord: What happens after valuation?

Thanks, I'm just so nervous, I have been checking my clear score and it's not showing a hard search done yet so I'm guessing they haven't got that far. I'm glad everything went quickly for you though!!!

We have done what we can now but unfortunately, my partner is on another mortgage and we were advised in July it was in the final stages, unfortunately, his ex couldn't get a Buy-To-Let mortgage and therefore needs to get rid of the current tenant. He has been served a notice and we are trying to get him out sooner as if he doesn't, we will lose our house We are using Help to Buy and have until 31st March to get it sorted. Also, builders want it sorted asap!

Hi Bex. I have my valuation today, in your experience how close am i to obtaining a offer + my valuation being booked, does that mean they have done Credit search and document check already?
