Hi guys,
Couple of questions fo ryou.
Firstly can you freeze creme freche? I have brought too much and i dont want to waste it.
Also i need a festive shortbread receipe as i give htis to people as presents.
Any help guys would be gratefully received.

Hi, there! IME, cream doesn't freeze well. If I have extra I make it into a sauce and freeze that.
The thread for shortbread will give you plenty of ideas. My advice would be - use butter and caster sugar - gives a far superior product to margarine and granulated sugar.
