CMS payments when child turns 18?

Options
Looking for some advice from anyone that might have been in the same situation.
I haven't seen my daughter for a number of years now who turns 19 this year I have been paying CSA/CMS ever since she was 2. I know she recently passed her A levels at college this year and is moving onto Uni next year. I have been given some screen shots of her social media page showing that she finished college this year and also announcing that they are starting Uni next year and what course they are doing.
Now I don't know what they are doing over the next 12 months leading upto starting this course. So where do I stand with regards to payments now?
I have read on a few CMS related forums that they just send a letter to the mother who can basically lie and just say they are in further education and they take there word for it.
If this was the case I could end up paying nearly £4000 to my ex over 12 months even more if they follow up until the summer after it would be nearer £8000.

What do CMS usually do in this case where college has finished but uni is a year away?
