Probably why! God knows how the commission will work as the other salesperson basically sold most of the street and a load more are reserved. Perhaps she wants it to full through so she can sell it to someone else!mortgagetakingages said:
3rd quarter ends this month so it prob is. Also might be trying to steal the sale from her colleague.Bex_27 said:
I will do if it continues! My MA thinks it might be something to do with commission or something, the property isn't due to be built until late November to end of December!mortgagetakingages said:
Call her bluff. Ask to speak to the director so you can discuss the issue and her attitude.Bex_27 said:
This is what I don't understand, she was quite rude to my other half last week. I wish we were still working with the previous salesperson, she was really understanding and considerate, ironically, she sold my other half his property 10 years ago with a completely different developer!mortgagetakingages said:
Remember that you are the person spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. Tell the sales lady to stop pressuring you and wait like everyone else has to.Bex_27 said:We are applying for HTB too and my mortgage is at valuation stage. We had some delays due to my partner being on another mortgage that has been a LONNGGGGGGG legal battle. He’s still on it but we have been advised to proceed and hopefully when it comes to complete it should all be sorted (he just needs to send some forms off once they arrive). We have kept our sales advisor in the loop every time, I message them all the time to tell them where we are at. We were advised at the beginning that these timescales they set out are unlikely to be achieved due to COVID but as long as we don’t go off the radar then they are happy. However, we now have a new sales person who was on furlough before and she is a lot more pressurising and saying her director is chasing. The house is not even built so I don’t understand why!0 -
Any news @Tatsman? We are with Agent 3 and will be sending ours off this week. Dreading the long wait.Tatsman said:
I think we fall under Agent 3 as well. Today is the 13th working day since applying.Brandylover88 said:Depending on your location they have a back log of cases. Agent 3 has a 11-12 working days turnaround for ATP at the moment.0 -
Yes, we received the ATP yesterday (14th working day) - right on the last day as stated by their current SLA. My solicitor promised they would sort out the application for the ATE ASAP. So just waiting for the ATE now which i believe will take any equally long wait! Good luck.obc18 said:

That's great news, congrats and hopefully not long until you can exchange then. Talk about down to the wire lol. At least I know what to expect however.0

You will only be able to apply for ATE once you receive your mortgage offer. We are currently on working day 11 for ATE with agent 3.Tatsman said:

We are currently in a similar situation with Agent 3 for Help to buy. Waited the full 14 working days and our application was sent back to us for an amendment. Our developer had made a minor error on our reservation form with our solicitors details.
It was amended and resubmitted straight away but HTB have told us we are going to have to wait the full 14 days as our app goes to the back of the queue again. :'(
Which takes us to the nose of our exchange date. I was quite worried it would mean everything goes out the window. However, our developer has been really understanding and said as we have kept them in the loop and the rest of our ducks are lined up (Mortgage and valuation all done) we are less of a worry and they understand HTB is seriously delayed.0
