I asked this question ages ago but the answer was unclear. Dont neglect the cheap or sometimes free things like woodpigeon and rabbit or hare. What I wanted to know is if i shot the fat wood pigeons that sit in the tree above my garden, would I be breaking the law. I mean with an air rifle not a 'real' gun!!! I live in a city. As a kid (in east anglia) a friend's mum used to snare rabbits, dad said that was illegal, but its ok for farmers to shoot them as 'vermin' i think. This is crazy.
Theres a lot of free food around even in cities! We have had mushrooms and the best watercress you have ever tasted, raspberries and blackberries. Missed the walnuts, squirrels got there first. Seen a pear tree but cant reach the fruit

haven't a clue on the shooting one ssaver, but a friend of mine goes shooting, i will ask him wehn i see him tomorrow for you. he quite well up on these things. ;D0
