As others have said, get your gait analysed at a proper running shop (as opposed to a general sports shop). Get yourself a foam roller as well and use that. There are many videos on YouTube about this but I can thoroughly recommend Dan Fernandes also check out his osteopathic practice website, Active Care.Life, there's plenty of good information there. I tried to post the actual links to both of these but the forum won't currently let me. Hope you get sorted.0
