Chia seeds

I'm looking for tried and trusted savoury recipes that use chia seeds. I bought some a while ago and thought I would be adding to smoothies etc but since then have radically cut back on my sweet consumption, so I'm wondering whether any OSers can recommend what to do with them? I bought them with the health benefits in mind.

I've found that the so called chia puddings are nothing of the sort, too gritty. I combine 10/15 grams with the same in ground flax seeds in a glass and add some frozen berries, about 50 grams, I add water, enough to cover it then stir. Left overnight I add yoghurt and have it for breakfast. It's filling enough, oats can be included or nuts.

Aside from breakfast oats, I haven’t found much use for them so I’m sprouting mine just to use them up.1

I do want to eat them because I need the omega-3s. they are so tiny though, I'd rather not crunch them up with my teeth though.
