SOA family income & expenditure

Options
Hi, we recently lost a family business and as a result my husband had to go bankrupt. We have both been lucky enough to get jobs and need to revise our SOA. We don’t have an IPA yet as we previously had no income. My question is does my husband include all household expenses? We need two cars for work and getting the children to school and nursery. As he includes my salary on the SOA does he also include my expenses such as the car? I have a loan in my name, which was used for an extension on the family home. Is he allowed to include payments towards that as reasonable expenditure? It’s not his debt but would it be considered a family expense? Thank you.
