Lenders Portal?

Hi, has anyone heard of the Lenders Portal for solicitors to see mortgage offers, and if so, how long does it take for a mortgage to be placed on the system? Thanks

LMS - https://www.lmsuk.com/ConveyancerZone/account/login?ReturnUrl=/ConveyancerZone - You wont be able to log in, I am just showing you their site.

Most brokers will have heard of it and I would imagine all conveyancing firms will have. It will depend on the lender, but I would imagine it would be on there straight away for most lenders or within 24 hours at most.

  • As ACG says, loads of lenders use LMS, there are a couple of other smaller systems too.
Offers are usually there within a couple of hours of the offer being produced.
