Hi has anyone had this before the property I was applying for with Santander was undervalued by 20,000 and the seller wasn’t willing to drop the price so now found somewhere else and broker said it’s just a case of filling out change of property form and then new valuation this first valuation was free with Santander does anyone know if will be different this time and also does this put me right back in progress as I have already been waiting a month since application? Thanks
