Any Lenders Accepting Overtime

we had a mortgage offer with nationwide with a 25% deposit but the sale fell through and the offer is now expired
With the new tightened lending criteria Nationwide no longer accept overtime/bonus, and the amount they will lend us has decreased dramatically.
We have now found a new property but unsure how much impact the new guidelines have on us in obtaining another mortgage offer , has anyone else been in this situation? Is it likely the amount any lender will lend us will be significantly lower than our previous offer in February?

you will likely need a good broker who know the lenders who can fit your situation, plenty of brokers on here, I used one myself here"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
