Amigo settlement

Hi all,looking for a bit of advice.
Having read about reclaiming from amigo I filled in the resolver form last week and got a reply today. 1 upheld and one defended. My question is they are defending the bigger loan which was a top up with a bigger monthly payment and upholding the original loan even though my financial circumstances were no better if not slightly worse for the top up so should I just accept the decision or send it to the ombudsman as by my reckoning if the original is agreed as wrong then surely the top up is wrong also?
