Park House !!!.

HAS ANYONE HERE USED OR HEARD OF PARK HOUSE ASSOCIOTES, I DID. THEY CONTACTED ME AFTER I FILLED IN A MORTGAGE FORM THING ON MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM SO I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE A GOOD THING. BUT TO MY DISMAY THERE ARE A CROCK OF S**T!
THEY MESSED ME ABOUT, AND CAUSED ME TO LOSE THE HOUSE I WAS TRYING TO BUY AND MADE ME PAY A SURVEY FEE OF £505 TO NORTHEN ROCK, "BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYMORE ON THE MORTGAGE TILL YOU PAY THIS FEE".
THEN THEY TELL ME THE NORTHEN ROCK WILL NOT GIVE ME A MORTGAGE?

ANY IDEAS ON HOW I GET MY MONEY BACK???:confused:

SO ANY FIRST TIME BUYER PEOPLE LIKE ME BEWARE OF THESE MUPPETS!

  • Sounds strange, NR have a very good agreement in principle system and I dont know of any brokers that dont use it!

    I would find out more, ask for a copy of the application form they put in and a copy of the agreement in principle. If they cannot provide this go to the FSA!
