You have passed the basic credit check. They will now request verification of the information input on the application. This might be by reviewing bank statements to see account conduct and payslips to see if numbers match declared info.
If you are employed, using basic salary only, and have good bank account conduct then you will most likely be fine.
If you are self employed then you are only at the start of the underwriting.
Plenty of mortgages get declined after passing initial credit checks, and plenty don't. Without knowing the finer details of the case then no one can give you certainty that it's going to go through0 -
No is the answer.hiohaa said:

The subject of your post is "have I passed the credit check hurdle?" You've been told "no" on several occasions..
They only do a basic check on initial application. My application was accepted by halifax, went to underwriters and was bounced back to me because there were items on my credit file which were yet to update and werent a true reflection of what had been declared. I then had to send evidence to support. So no, youre far from over the credit hurdle.First Time Buyer
