I need some advice. My upper front gnashes from incisor to incisor are knackered. Broken veneers, stained and discoloured. Also a weak jaw bone, so am looking at extraction and replacement rather than implants
My dentist is fine, but I want to explore private options for flexible dentures not get a set of NHS , but I am swamped by ads on internet without solid reviews. Anyone had experience with private dentures in London?
Thankyou

Dentures, however expensive are not a replacement for teeth, they are a replacement for no teeth. Research shows they are around 20% of the capacity of your own teeth.Ropy natural teeth are much better than even the most expensive dentures.Implant held in dentures are the best option if you really need dentures. The thing to bear in mind is that for 3 to 12 months or more after having teeth out your bone will shrink and change shape. During that time you will need to have the dentures relined and replaced as they become poorly fitting.Have you actually seen a dentist , discussed your teeth and what could possibly be done with them ?0
