AA Loans - I'm so confused

Morning All,
First time posting & just wondering if anyone could give me some advice.
I applied for an AA loan on Monday 31st August (bank holiday). Completed the app online, came back with an instant offer & electronically signed the loan agreement.
I received an email to say I should receive the funds within 2 working days. All fine, so yesterday & checked my bank & the DDI had been set up, but today it's not there & i still don't have the funds.
Do the AA decline applications once an offer has been made & loan agreement has been signed?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Give it until the end of today and ring them if it's still not there. The fact the DD is set up shows to me that they have approved it.0

Thanks for the reply. I'm just confused as the DDI was showing on my account yesterday but it's not there today??0

You need to ring them then, only they can tell you. Do it now if it puts your mind at rest and ask them that question at the same time.0

So turns out after all that, it was declined0

Nice of them to tell you!0

Yep, lesson for the future, not to use the AA!
I've now been approved elsewhere so their loss0 -
Another lesson for the future is to allow far more time when applying for financial services over a Bank Holiday weekend and/or any weekend.
The mechanics, of any machine, aren't going to give a complete service until the next working day and factoring in any weekend backlog is also prudent.
