Does Coid-19 alter the types of comps you enter?

Just curious, as I was browsing the prizes, I didn't enter any where I thought I wouldn't use the prize for Covid reasons e.g. hotels etc.
Is it just me that assumes I'm going to win ?!?

I have stopped entering for prizes such as weekend breaks, holidays both at home and overseas, meals out and anything that involves mixing with other people.
So glad I won the runners up prize in a holiday comp before the covid struck.

I still enter the hotels, meals out etc, they have always been my favourite type of prizes but there does seem to be a lot less of them around. I've actually thought that I may have a better chance as less people may be entering these, seems to be just wishful thinking though as I'm having by far my worst year of comping ever!

Sorry you're having a bad comping year so far. Me too actually.
Could it be there are more people than ever entering due to covid situation?

Don't enter for breaks away, holidays, meals out etc because quite obvious that wanting to save the economy doesn't mean the virus just suddenly went away. My family's health is worth more than the frustration of not being able to go to a pub or on holiday so won't be entering them until i know its safe.

I'm another that's not entering anything where the prize is a holiday, hotel stay, tickets for days out, gigs etc. I won a trip to Amsterdam earlier this year, which has now been cancelled/postponed. I don't want to go through that disappointment again.

I am in the same club as others who have responded here. I'm not entering for holidays, breaks away, or anything that has a social element to it. Having said that, I probably didn't enter for many of those types of comps before.
