Amigo refund

I have made a claim to refund from amigo loans due to unaffordable, I made the claim 8 weeks ago but every response I get is the are still considering it. Anyone any experience of how long it takes or whether I should just escalate it to ombudsman just now rather than waiting. Thank you

I'm confused? This doesn't make sense. You took a loan and a friend guaranteed to cover you if you defaulted? If someone backs you, they're signing to say it is  affordable (for them). . . or didn't they read the small print.

Or were you the "friend" who didn't read the small print?
