Amigo Loans refund

Evening all! So, I have been going through the refund process with Amigo Loans and have finally had a response. They have agreed that the majority, but not all of the loans were unaffordable. One of the loans was a top up, with higher payments that the previous two, and they have concluded that this affordable even though the original loan and first top up were not.
Any advice as to how to respond?

They’ve responded offering almost £8k to my guarantor. Which would be added to my balance to pay. The question is, how can they agree that the loans above were mostly unaffordable, but two of them were affordable?0
