How did you come to know this advertisement? whether that was a reliable resource. Also it is home based opportunity and the applicant does not have to spend a single penny to avail this opportunity. Moreover, They are In-Home Usage Testers ,considered to be independent contractors, they pay weekly every Thursday by direct deposit or by cheque.
You should go ahead for weekly payments.
Usually the scammers get noticed at this point, so one can go till this point for checking their reliability.1 -

See scam.com https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?727399-Does-anyone-know-if-UK-Consumer-Panels-is-legitAlso, see recent review from someone who says s'he has doing work for UK Consumer Panels. https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Employee-Review-UK-Consumer-Panels-RVW32893311.htm
"Significant concern about the legitimacy of the business"
Current Freelancer - Review Specialist in London, EnglandDoesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at UK Consumer Panels for less than a year
Pros: Offers the ability to work from home.
Cons: Collects unnecessary personal details of subscribers. Use of worker details is uncertain and under a questionable legal framework that supports the agreement between employee and employer there may be a possibility that such details are misused after cataloguing electronically. The business is established in US, not UK. Employee data safety is questionable.
Advice to Management: The business concept is very good. If you wish to operate in UK, please establish a local brand with local director and administration.

Looks like a scam- claims to be based at Canary Wharf, London, but "privacy policy" says based on California law. Website uses American phrases like "direct deposit", "cellphone" and "high school diploma". Terms and conditions say legal jurisdiction is "Great London Court". Seems dodgy.4

Saw their Product Tester role advertised on Monster. I could use a little extra income but I didn't immediately trust them, so I set up an email alias for the communications (I can delete the alias later on without affecting my main email address).
Basically, UK Consumer Panels expect people to sign up with two survey sites (one in the UK, one in USA) on the pretence that this will make product testing opportunities available... but only if your demographics are favourable. No further instructions are given beyond "log in & do surveys", so there's nothing specifically related to product testing roles.
I completed half a dozen surveys, some of which shut themselves down because they were apparently oversubscribed. This morning I received an email from UK Consumer Panels inviting me to join yet another survey site & complete more surveys... anyone seeing the pattern here?
I expect they would argue they are not scammers, as there's probably a tiny percentage who get to test a product once in a while. However, UK Consumer Panels clearly misrepresent themselves by promoting this as a genuine opportunity. As far as I can tell, they are simply tricking people into completing surveys that Consumer Panels then get paid for by the surveying companies.
