Hello, straight to the point - me and my partner have applied for a mortgage with Nationwide in July( about 18th of July) and we struggle to provide sufficient ( in the eyes of Nationwide) document to prove our address. None of us has the driving license, we don't pay the bills as we are basically lodgers, we rent a room, and the rent we pay includes all the bills. We don't claim benefits, we have no loans. My girlfriend managed to produce acceptable statement from Monzo bank( she ordered stamped and signed statement via phone) but unfortunately my bank, Barclays doesn't provide similar service . I was told that Nationwide won't accept online statement ( I don't receive paper statements, I use mobile banking only) so I went to the nearest branch and I was told I can print the statement using of of self service machines, which I did. Each page of the statement I printed had a little stamp with the date and branch name. This was rejected one month after it was submitted. I went to the branch again, they couldn't believe it was rejected but agreed to print me another copy, this time they used their own printer and branch manager even agreed to sign it for me. Is this the standard procedure or is Nationwide just being difficult?

Open a new account with someone who will send you paper confirmation? Apply for a driving licence?0

Do you pay council tax? This is what me and my partner used. If you are on the electoral roll at your current place, I believe you can get a letter confirming you are registered to a certain address.0

My understanding is that the ones you get printed in the bank at the counter or from the cash machine won't have all the info on them you need, but you should be able to call the bank and request paper copies of your last statements.
The other thing anyone should be able to get easily is HM Revenue and Customs notice of coding they mention here:
https://nationwide-intermediary.co.uk/lending-criteria/proofs
Call HMRC and make sure they have your current address, then ask them to send you a letter confirming your tax code.FTB 90% LTV application with Nationwide:

Thanks for all the replies. I can't quite understand what's wrong with my payslips. I had a look at Nationwide guidance and as far as I'm aware my payslip does show all the information they require. The guidance also says they accept PDF statement but we were told straight away that they won't accept any online statement.0

Statements printed or saved as pdf and emailed, from your on line banking should be accepted, however nationwide appear to be very picky at present0
