Hi my daughter who has just turned 18 is due to start college soon. I have an agreement with my ex that an agreed sum should be paid monthly, this has been ongoing for 6 years and I have never missed a payment. My daughter works part time now also, I don’t know if this would affect my payments. I don’t want CSA involved and neither does my ex. Any help would be appreciated , thanks

This means that you should continue to pay CM while she's in full time non advanced education. Her working will not affect the benefits her mother maybe claiming for her.
