I have been in my overdraft for the past two years however I am now out of it for the past 3 months. My credit score per experian is 999 and I have built a deposit for a property. However I am woried as I was in my overdraft it could impact my chances, should i wait a few more months / could it impact my chances?

The overdraft would impact on your chances. Has to be viewed in the the context of your finances overall.0

If you are out of it and you were able to clear it months ago i wouldn't worry too much.1

I think you should be fine - they wouldn’t normally check that far back... but obviously no guarantees0
