Did any one had House undervalued by this company Esurv just having full buyer report booked by buyers bank this week not to sure what to expect, as we sold our house and the price is highest in our street and house sold in one week .

My Homebuyer's report by esurv came back today. They did the valuation for the lender and the homebuyer's survey for me at the same time.
The report said that the purchase price was fair so the valuation matched it. Only one similar house on the same road was sold recently and was sold for a lot less (based on land registry data). I could account for some of the difference in price, but not all of it, so I was pleasantly surprised that the valuation came in the same as my offer.0
