I am a working mum, I am currently furloughed, I have been furloughed since March, we have a childminder for my son and I have been paying for his childcare since lockdown and the childminder isn’t allowing him into the setting while I am furloughed, should I be paying for the fees or is there any way I can claim back any money.

And you've let this continue this long!Your choice to have him in childcare once they were allowed to work again furloughed or not.I posted a link to government guidance re unfair child care charges during lockdown a few months back if you do a search.0

Have you been paying full fees?
When we were on lockdown we only had to pay the childminder 50%.
If her covid policy is no children to attend if a parent is on furlough then i would be tempted to lie and say you are back at work.LBM Debt Total : £48,326.50
