Construction site/ building site security work

Hello everyone, hopefully I am in the right section of the website to get some help.
I am a security guard with 2 years experience and I have not been working since lock down initially began. I'd like to start work again and would like to know the best way to get in to construction site security. I've done work like this before but for a sub contractor who recently found workers willing to earn a lot less money to cover shifts. Does anyone know how I should go about finding the job that I am looking for? Does anyone know any companies are looking for security guards with a SIA badge to work on building sites?
Its this specific type of work I am after as I prefer the long hours and the quiet, as opposed to retail shifts.
Any sort of help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that I live in Yorkshire and want work around the area.0

Most companies want to employ a security company rather than individual guards that way they don't have to worry about covering holidays sickdays etc.1

I agree it'll more than likely be a company who developers etc look for, unless they're looking to hire someone on a self-employed basis (the do this with Dog Handlers sometimes with their own dogs and cars....or used to).
I carried out a quick Google search, which returned a few companies who specialise in construction sites. Google is your friend.0
