I purchased a dress wore once and threads came out all over dress. I emailed send photos and they said they would send me a voucher. I have sent dress back recorded delivery 17/08/2020. I have emailed several times and all my emails are ignored I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I am being ignored. I cannot get through to this company what do I do?
