Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has recently had any deals for 90% LTV mortgages for flats? Struggling to find any!

Flats, houses, bungalows....doesnt matter, you are going to struggle to find a decent 90% full stop and especially so if you are not a FTB. Contact a broker.0

I just had a mortgage approved by HSBC for a flat with 90% LTV. Would look at the companies offering 90% LTV then check the criteria on their website directly.0

The news came out today. Anybody who submitted an application before the change won't be affected.Nervy_FTB said:

HSBC has pulled out of 90% mortgages entirely for the moment (due to overwhelming demand) so unless you've already got a booked appointment, or are in the application process, you won't be able to get a 90% mortgage with them.0
