90% LTV mortgages for flats

Just wondering if anyone has recently had any deals for 90% LTV mortgages for flats? Struggling to find any!

Flats, houses, bungalows....doesnt matter, you are going to struggle to find a decent 90% full stop and especially so if you are not a FTB. Contact a broker.

There are some options but you are very limited

I just had a mortgage approved by HSBC for a flat with 90% LTV. Would look at the companies offering 90% LTV then check the criteria on their website directly.

HSBC are now 85% for flats

Really!? Ours was only accepted last week.. 

The news came out today. Anybody who submitted an application before the change won't be affected.

HSBC has pulled out of 90% mortgages entirely for the moment (due to overwhelming demand) so unless you've already got a booked appointment, or are in the application process, you won't be able to get a 90% mortgage with them.
