Alcatel Back to School Quiz on Smooth, August/September 2020
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Alcatel Back to School Quiz’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 31/08/20 to 6/09/20 on Smooth (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    Go online to https://www.smoothradio.com/win/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 31/08/20 and close at 23:59 on 6/09/20.
4.    To enter the competition and entrant must take part in the ‘Alcatel Back To School Quiz’ and have registered their details upon finishing.
5.    Once the competition has ended, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.    The winning entrant will be contacted on the details they supplied upon entering and may be required to talk to the presenter(s) either live on-air, or a call may be recorded with the presenter(s) and then later played on-air. If the winning Entrant fails to answer 3 calls, is driving at the time of the call and unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant will be selected by Smooth Radio at random from all remaining entries until the prize is awarded. This decision will be made by Smooth Radio and will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

10.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
