I posted this in the wrong thread and was advised to come here.
Mortgage of £178500 with 15% deposit @ 2.55 via my broker. Appreciate rates change daily and with the current climate.....
hows everyone else getting on as a FTB?

I am a FTB - got my mortgage offer through Nationwide at the beginning of August, £168,700 mortgage, 85% LTV, 2 year fixed... also through a broker.
I wanted 90% but my affordability was not high enough, and those where I would have afforded it took their 90%s off market.
2.14% with no product fees and £500 cashback. Unfortunately I think over the last few weeks the rates have jumped up ~0.4% from what I can see.1 -
