What are all the entitlements you can get when becoming a parent?
 Shared Parental Leave (SPL) and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) ? SPP? OSPP? I am lost
I seen on my payslip Parental pay process date 23/08 but that is before my shared paternity pay request that should start 28/08 that i requested for the due date of baby?
Been same company for more than 3 years
I don't know where the parental pay on my payslip comes from and I didn't fill any form.

You may not have completed a form, but you must have done SOMETHING to trigger the date on which your paternity pay was to start. 

28th August was a Friday. 23rd was a Sunday. I think you'll find that the week for these purposes always starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/statutory-paternity-pay-manually-calculate-your-employees-payments
