are nationwide accepting overtime as income for key worker applications?

According to their site, as long as you're not a first time buyer and your LTV is 85% or lower, they will consider it.If your client is a key worker and their income has been unaffected by recent developments around Coronavirus (COVID-19), then we can consider using overtime income.
