Hi there
I’m aware of sunny loans going into administration.
I’m aware of sunny loans going into administration.
I had several loans which based on the FCA would more than likely have been classified as unaffordable.
Im wondering if I make a complaint ther I can look to have these removed from my credit file? I have no interest in getting the money back since they are in administration and it won’t happen. Bit the removal may from my credit file would be beneficial. Can this still happen since the company are in administration?

Yes, but you have to make an affordability complaint first.Should it be upheld, make sure you ask for removal of credit file information, sometimes this is done as part of any redress, but not always, it depends on the particulars of the complaint.Debt Camel is the site for full reclaiming information.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you for the advice. I’ll start the process.
im doing everything I can to get myself into a good position to get a mortgage at the start of next year and this will to do that. It’s been a long time since I took out a loan with sunny but I’m starting to understand from the regulation that I may have a good chance of my complaint being upheld0
