If OP wants to be out of work, that's the way to do it.AskAsk said:complain, complain and complain. then if nothing is done about it, look for another job.
Always assuming your employer will agree to your doing this while they are so short staffed.JReacher1 said:Book two weeks holiday and then they can see what happens when you’re out of office. May make them appreciate you more.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -

Get someone to drag you through the courts for a debt you don't owe? Marvellous idea. Can't imagine why other posters haven't rushed to suggest it.Deleted User said:Get an attachment of earnings which means money issues are there to be talked about.
Weirdly they now see a AOE as a negative thing rather than a positive thing?!0 -
I worked for a company once where when it was decided that something needed to be produced, I always seemed to the one allocated to do it as it seemed to be the best fit. Ended up being the 1st one in & last one out nearly every day.JReacher1 said:Book two weeks holiday and then they can see what happens when you’re out of office. May make them appreciate you more.

If they won’t agree to the OP taking holiday as they are short staffed that would open the door to discussions over salary/responsibilities as the employer has acknowledged there is an issue.Marcon said:

OP also needs to bear in mind that if they're doing the work of 3 people, apparently satisfactorily, then the company are going to start querying whether 3 positions are needed.
If you focus completely on the salary you may find yourself with a small increase and still doing the work of 3 people. What is your priority here? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2
