Heir Hunters - What happens if you don't sign the contract

I was contacted by Finders a few years ago and have finally received the distribution schedule, three of the relatives have not signed the finders contract so commision and VAT doesn't get taken out of their share. So will they receive that money? if so did they have to do anything to receive it? if not what happens to their share of the money?
Many Thanks for your help

They receive their full share.....as they are legally entitled to.0

I was just wondering what would happen if they didn't send back identity documents proving who they are.

If thet refuse to prove who they are doubt they would get their money.I suspect it would be held indefinitely.0
