Ex won't move out....

Hi
My ex is refusing to move out of where we live.
The house is rented, since May 2018, and the tenancy agreement is in my sole name. The Council Tax is paid in full, but doesn't name the ex on the documents. She has not contributed to the rent, any utility bills, nor paid any utility bills. I wish to continue living in the rental property.
The ex has a house she is buying on a mortgage, and currently rents that out. She has savings, a full time job etc etc.
What should I consider as I simply want her to go.
Thanks

Ideally give some notice but given she has refused previous requests then I doubt she would move willingly at this point. When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.8 -
She could in theory obtain an occupation order, but that does not prevent you from denying her access in the meantime. She's a guest only, so 24 hours notice should suffice. No free lunch, and no free laptop1

Just to be clear, the ex has savings, a job, property etc. There are no children involved in this. I have paid the utility bills, council tax etc and have prove of doing so. She on the other hand has not contributed. She does receive correspondence at the house, and that includes her bank statements, credit card bills etc.
As far as I am concerned she can take all of her stuff and go. I renovated her rental property and managed the tenants in it. I want nothing from her, simply leave.2 -
