You're opening a number of threads on the same subject so it would be useful if you want help on your Credit Card debts to keep these all in one thread. Perhaps the mods could merge them?

In answer to your question, you can get your file from any of the main Credit Reporting companies for free at any time. It is called a Statutory Report.

    Experian here: https://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/statutory-report.html
    Equifax here: https://www.equifax.co.uk/Products/credit/statutory-report.html

Don't use one of those schemes which cost £15/month which are a) useless and b) a waste of money.

At the same time if you list you debts and your spending (called a Statement of Accounts/SOA) people here can give you a good idea about how to pay your debts down or at least get them under control. You can so a SOA in this link here

Alternatively if you find this all too much, then go to one of your local debt charities. Here is a list for Northern Ireland. Also some laws in the North are different from the mainland.
