Mortgage Switch Problem

My mortgage rate was due to end at the end of June, after some discussions with Barclays I reduced the term a month before the rate end (all gone through fine), and a new rate was agreed and went through the underwriters and was all approved and I received written confirmation.

It looks like the first months payment went out fine at my new rate, but for some reason it then switched to SVR, has anyone had this issue before?

I'm hoping they can put me back on the original rate agreed as this isn't offered now

Speak to Barclays ASAP as they are the people to sort this out

Should have said, I've spoken with Barclays and they're investigating it, I was just wondering if anyone has been in a similar position and they've put them back on the original rate
