Called them today, seem fairly knowledgable discussing potential post dmp Mortgage availability options.
Whilst I consider sell/purchase next year, are they considered whole of the market.
Though maybe deposits could drop from 25~%-15~% during 2021.

Well done on going to Step change ( good guys )
It's also a good idea to wait till next Feb/March 2021 when your credit file won't have any defaults.
If you can build up savings and equity while also reducing debts/outgoings.
Do you need the gym membership, SKY movies/sport, etc
Check your outgoings from the bank account each month.
