Dealing with Broker and went directly to Bank

Hi
I was dealing with broker for the past two weeks to port our mortgage but some how broker either busy or not interested as it says our affordability may be a issue it takes for him to replay 3/4 days and today decided go direct with the bank ,bank calculated income and told all looks fine. Do I advice broker of the move o let him also work on this ?

Just send an email and tell that due to communication you have gone elsewhere.
