When will my J.S.A come in?

Hello, I have recently claimed jobseeker’s allowance and was just curious as to when i would get my first payment? I received a p45 form in the mail last week [21/08/2020]?

    Who was the P45 from?  Your previous employer?  When you say recently what date was it?  Three days ago or three weeks ago or what?

    Hello, the p45 was from the job centre i’m assuming and i put in the claim on the 7th august.
  • Taking around 4 weeks at the moment.

    You would only get a P45 from JSA if they had closed your claim?  No letters from them?  I think you probably need to call them
