Hi all, just need some advice from you.
For mortgage lenders, do they worry about the remaining years on the lease for a share-of-freehold properties? Will that pose a difficulty to get a mortgage for a buyer?

Not at 92 years, you have about 7 years before lenders start to not lend, so make sure you get the lease extended as daft as it sounds.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
