Ive recentley puchased my home from council. I applied back in Oct 2019 and was finalised 20 July this year. I signed the price in December and still been paying £95 per week until July..This was because the solictors changed the price from what was signed and changed all my mortgage . They now want to charge me for their mistake and although signed the 1TP in July says they want the figure from December. Ive paid over 18 weeks over the guided 12 weeks on the gov web sites . Can anyone clafiy this or maybe offer advice if i am entitled to claim back all the rent .

It doesn't sound as if they are charging you for their mistake, but just for the money you owe. They're allowed to rectify mistakes.
If you can't afford to repay ift all in one go, set up a repayment plan with them.0
