    Try

    https://www.fsa.gov.uk/tables

That's the regulator's definitive list. The pensions section of the site is down at present for updating.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)

I found a few tables for last year, but since the rule changes a lot of them have changed their rates...

The FSA tables are not very reliable though as they show default fund & default charging structures only. These can often be improved upon by going to a discount IFA or looking at personal pensions instead of stakeholder pensions (if your term is say over 20 years).
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

The complete list of Stakeholder Pension managers is found on The Stakeholder Register. Doesn't list the cahrges unfortunately, but does contain some other information on the schemes.
