Mystery Shopping website request

I've just joined a Mystery Shopping company and 2nd job in they have asked me to do a job navigating a major company's website but I have to use Camtasia Software to do a webcam.  I'm a little uncomfortable about doing this, plus I haven't used webcams before. Can anyone tell me if this software is safe (and free)

If you're not comfortable don't do it, which company is it?

If it's a legitimate company and you are installing a genuine copy of Camtasia, a quick search of the net seems to indicate it is safe.  You could always uninstall it when you aren't using it, not sure how quick/easy it is to uninstall/install though.

I've used Camtasia at work for screen recording but it was never free and always needed a licence. Could be a different version. Sensible not to take the job if you're not sure.  

I've done lots of jobs for Market Force. It's mainly restaurants but usually quite easy although doesn't pay. I  do it mainly for the free food.
