Mortgages and my overdrafts

I have £900 between 2 bank accounts of overdrafts. I work part time in 2 jobs and never had enough after bills and payments to pay off my overdrafts. I’ve had them for over 6 months. I’m now looking to get a mortgage with my partner and wondering g what the best thing is. I have money saved that I could pay the £900 off, but wondering if the mortgage company will look and see that I have paid it off straight away or will it take a couple months to show? I’m not 100% sure what the best thing to do is! Any help welcome
