10% mortgage availability

Options
Hi all, I have 10% deposit unfortunate my last MIP has now expired and the offer is no longer there due to removing all 10% mortgages.
Now I’m trying to find who is currently offering 10% mortgages so I can use there affordability calculators but is seems there’s very few. What banks/bs are offering 10% currently? Ty

Hi. Yes I’m a ftb, I usually pass affordability but obviously things are stricter now. Ty

Barclays offer a 10% FTB product called a springboard mortgage but it is a bit faffy, Google it. Other than that, not sure.

Thanks all. Seems although 90% mortgages are back up, lending is stricter, BOI only offering 3.5 salary, was looking for 4.5 ty

Did you go through a broker to get this or apply directly? On their website they only show products for 85% LTV. Thanks!

Virgin money have just brought back 10% mortgages for FTB only. Minimum 7 year locked in rate & maximum 25 year mortgage term. I believe they start around 3%, but not too sure.
