PLATFORM MORTGAGE

just wondered if anyone was finding platform mortgages frustrating. We started the process of porting our mortgage in June and it took so long to even receive the paperwork and then platform claimed they didn’t receive it untill the 28/07/20. Still waiting now had the valuation done Wednesday but not heard anything. Just wanted anyone’s advice how far do I chase as don’t want them to get annoyed and just put us to the bottom of the pile.

They cant do that, but they are very busy at the minute.
We submitted an application about 3 weeks ago and it was only looked at on Wednesday. Many lenders are in a similar position at the minute, staff being taken off the front line to deal with those wanting the covid payment holidays in addition to the fact ti is actually busy at the moment in general.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
