Hi Can anyone calm my nerves please. we have had our mortgage offer from bank of ireland today.... Great news- but we have also been sent in our offer pack a Guarantor deed. We don't have a Guarantor Mortgage, when i spoke to our mortgage broker she said you don't have a Guarantor mortgage so you shouldn't need to sign it. It is not stipulated in any of special requirements She said to speak to our solicitor to see why it is in there. Can any one advise please?

Well you either have a mortgage broker or you have spoken to someone at the BOI ?
They will be the best people to answer this.
Maybe standard paperwork pack.0 -
Some lenders will just send a bunch of standard forms, it doesn't mean everything is needed for your particular mortgage. In any event, it's the solicitor who prepares the actual deeds you'll be signing.
