Limit increase during application

We have recently received our AIP for our house purchase and are looking to proceed to full application any day now. This week, my credit card company have emailed to say they are increasing my limit by £1,000 (3k to 4k, balance currently around 1k)
Whilst this is nice, I didn’t ask for it, and I’m just wondering if it will have any impact on our application if I let them apply it? I have the option to decline it if I want to, I don’t want to screw things up. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

It should not affect your application , it will lower your credit usage over available credit. that migt be a better thing. just dont go making any silly spending till over the line.0

Key information here is the the CC increased the limit without you asking. On the credit report it will just affect the loan/credit facility ratio, as ddonq1412 mentioned it may actually be in your favour (very small if at all noticeable).
It'd be different if you asked (or pressed the increase limit button on online banking) because that will show up as a 'query' on your credit report which will definitely raise a flag with the lender underwriter.0
